Bizpire Zone provides business setup and corporate support services in the UAE, including company formation, visa and PRO support, bank account assistance, VAT and corporate tax support, accounting and licence renewals. The exact scope, fees and timelines of each engagement are set out in your written quote or proposal.

2. No guarantee of approvals

Licences, visas, permits, tax registrations and bank accounts are approved by the relevant authorities and banks at their sole discretion. We prepare and submit applications on your behalf but cannot guarantee any outcome or processing time.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents.
• Respond promptly to requests for information.
• Ensure your business activities comply with UAE law.

4. Fees and payments

Fees are as stated in your quote. Government fees are set by the authorities and may change; we will inform you of any change before it is applied. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, service fees are payable in advance.

5. Refunds

Government and third-party fees already paid on your behalf are non-refundable. Refunds of our service fees for work not yet started are handled case by case as set out in your quote.

6. Website information

7. Limitation of liability
